Although only 20 minutes away from Wilmington and Philadelphia, Woodstown is a rural area with miles of farmland and open fields. Just outside of Woodstown, the famous Cowtown Rodeo is the longest running Saturday night rodeo in the United States.
The historic town of Woodstown comes alive every fall during its' Fall Festival where the entire town is decorated with scarecrows and then again at Christmastime for their annual candlelight tour in December. Christmas carolers, hot homemade soup and wassail are the hometown favorites! |
